We want to be able to best serve you, and some of our artists book out 12 months, some are not taking new consultations, and some are available in the times you would prefer. Please do not fill out this form unless you have been asked by our front staff to do so, this will ensure your artist receives your request, and ensures we are able to best work with your schedule to make you a great tattoo.

We cannot promise any exact tattoo times until you talk with your artist directly and leave a deposit. Your artist will want to work out all the important details of your tattoo with you, to know how much drawing and preparation time they will need, and ultimately how much tattoo time with you.

*Please note, *our artist typically book out 3 weeks to 8 months depending on the artist and time of year. We can not guarantee any spots until you speak to that artist and you leave a deposit. This questions helps us know what you are requesting so we can best serve you.

We tattoo and pierce over 18 only with a valid ID. Valid ID is an non-expired identification that is state or government issued and contains your birth date. Some examples are: drivers license, state ID card, passport, or military ID.*

DEPOSIT POLICY:

TATTOO: Our artists require deposits for all TATTOO appointments. There is a $60 deposit for walk-ins, $100 deposit for single session tattoos, and $200 deposit for multi-session tattoos. The deposit is to cover the artist time, materials, and the amount of drawing and prep time involved for the tattoo. The deposit comes off the final price of the tattoo.

TATTOO DEPOSIT POLICY: We need 48 hours notice for a re-schedule or cancellation. We make all changes over the phone at the shop: 402-474-5151. we don't make any changes via email or social networking, a quick phone call to the shop will give you the current open times for a re-schedule.Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void after one year. Please note: you will lose deposit and a new deposit will be required if you: give us less than 48 hours notice of any reschedules or changes, no call/no show for appointment, cancel the tattoo entirely, make 3 re-schedules, or 2 consecutive re-schedules.

Please understand, not all artists work in every style or with every design, or every part of the body. We want to give you the best we possibly can, you deserve that, and we will be honest about your very important and meaningful piece of art.
Please understand, our artist are always taking on new consultations, so consultations prior to yours may be booking in times you have requested. We cannot hold any time spots for you until you have spoken with the artists doing the tattoo and left a deposit.

Depending on design and the artist doing the tattoo: some artist will set up an in person consultation in order to make an appointment. Some artists/designs will work by email or phone to make an appointment.
