Feb 1st, 2022 is Iron Brush’s 20 Year Anniversary! We are all so very grateful for all the support we have received, and the wonderful people we have had the honor to meet. We appreciate you all! The tattoos big and small, the stories, the friendships and the word of mouth recommendations you have brought to our place. And I am especially grateful for the amazing crew that I get to work with and learn from everyday, they are who make Iron Brush a landmark in Lincoln. We will re-open June 1st. With new safety guidelines at the level you have come to expect from us. Its been a long time and we miss you all! We are currently calling all our wonderful and patient clients who have been waiting since our closure. To our current appointments: your artist will call you and set up an new time in the order you were booked in the most fair way possible. Lets make that tattoo!

New appointments set up after June 1st: please understand, there will be a wait as we tattoo those kind folks who had their appointments rescheduled during our closure.

-You must have an appointment to enter studio.

-Masks will be required.

COVID-19 SHOP POLICY

Currently we are closed (as of March 16th)

We know you have probably heard tattoo shops are allowed to open soon. We have chosen to remain closed for the short term until we feel it is a better time to open. It is never an easy decision, but we love our community and want to do what we feel is best. We make this decision in the best interest of our community, our clients, our families, and our friends. It is from a place of caring, safety, and respect. We love you all, and we thank you for your understanding.

We also respect those who may chose to open. We wish ALL and EVERYONE safety and good health, and great tattoos.

The appointments that were already on the schedule prior to the closure will be contacted and called first, in the most fair manner possible. Our artists will call you and reschedule you once we decide we have a good time to re-open. We thank you for your patience and your trust! Once we get everyone who had appointments re-scheduled, we will be open to new appointments. We will be sure to post that on social media as well.

We are working hard to make sure our open is safe for our clients and crew. As always, we will exceed all rules put in place and still make a fun and comfortable experience.

There will be new rules when we open up, please be ready to comply, they are for your safety and ours. More details as our open dates get closer.

We thank everyone who has stood beside us and the other small businesses that have taken on so much at this time. I am proud of how much support I have seen in Lincoln for all our businesses.

Iron Brush Blood Drive January 25, 2020

Give where the heart is. 98-99% of the blood donated stays in Nebraska when donated with Nebraska Community Blood Bank. That’s a real help that we can offer to people in our community.

Ready to save a life and snag a free t-shirt while doing it? Then stop by the Iron Brush Tattoo Blood Drive January 25th, 2020. All presenting donors will take home a t-shirt and will be entered to win a $100 gift card to Iron Brush! Need for blood is constant in our hospitals in Lincoln and Omaha. They have many patients in need of a transfusion every single day.

Iron Brush is very active in the community and hopes regular blood drives will save lives, spread awareness about the importance of blood donations and clear up any misconceptions about the deferall time after getting a tattoo.

There is now ZERO days deferall after getting a tattoo or piercing. No wait to donate blood after getting a tattoo or piercing at a state regulated business like Iron Brush.

In the past, a person who received a tattoo had to wait 12 months before becoming eligible. Now, blood donors can step up to save lives right after getting a tattoo or body piercing at a regulated facility like Iron Brush.

After you donate…

-Please spend at least 15 minutes in the café area.

-Avoid strenuous physical activity and heavy lifting for 24 hours.

-It is not recommended you get tattooed or pierced that day right after you donate. Give your body the restful day it deserves.
